Alik Babazade – “Inclusive Space – Democracy Shape”

I participated in a training course conducted by the “Youth On Board” organisation in Shtip, North Macedonia between 26/10/2022 and 31/10/2022. The name of the project was “Inclusive Space – Democracy Shape” and its key goal was to strengthen the capacities of young workers and young leaders through appropriate skills and methods for youth work in a democratic health society.

By participating in this event, I gained skills in active listening, developing myself in a democratic healthy society, having met the specialized trainer in this area as well, and having sufficient time to exchange knowledge, skills, cultural awareness etc. with the attendees.

To sum up, it was one of the most successful projects that I have attended recently.
