Angela Vitanovska – Youth Exchange in Romania

… Just as the photo can’t fully capture our feelings, nor any of these words can’t fully describe what this experience really meant for me!

From the 25th of November till the 6th of December, I’ve been honoured to be one of the five representatives of Youth on Board on the project called, Turn your mind green“ that took place in Sinaia, Romania. This also meant that I had a chance to be part of the best team EVER, alongside Simona, Ljupche, Meri and Luka! So, trust me when I say that I’ve been really struggling to find the exact words that will match my feelings on what this experience really meant for me! The knowledge we’ve gained during this Erasmus+ project was very beneficial for all of us, not just because it really helped us on improving our linguistic and social skills, but also for gaining further knowledge on preserving the environment and learning many different methods of reusing and recycling the waste, as well as having a chance to dive deeply into Romanian, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese culture! I am beyond grateful for all the amazing young people I’ve met there with whom we’ve created all these memories of pure joy and happiness, which I’m sure we’ll stay with us for a long, long time.

So, don’t hesitate on trying new things! You might discover something that you never knew you loved before, and the best- Youth on Board, will definitely help you with that! I’m encouraging you to try and join their team, so you’ll be able to see it on your own!
