Bárbara Santos – “Inclusive Space – Democracy Shape”

‘At the end of October 2022, I got lucky to participate in the Training Course “Inclusive Space – Democracy Shape”, in Shtip, North Macedonia.
Talking about democracy is necessary, especially at the moment we are experiencing. Getting to know the different realities of all the countries gave me a better understanding of Europe and of the youth we all work to support.
I was able to get new skills and learn different methodologies to apply to my day-to-day life and work, to eventually improve our future.
Last but not least, a big thank you to the organisation team at Youth on Board who arranged for us an amazing place for the training and wonderful trainees.
I already miss everyone that I met, there’s nothing like being able to experience projects like this.’
