Meet our trainer Monika Markovska!
MONIKA MARKOVSKA is a Ph.D. in Management and works as an professor at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies – Bitola at the University “St. Kliment Ohridski “- Bitola.
She completed the doctoral studies at the Institute for Sociological, Political, and Juridical Research and Ph.D. on the subject of entrepreneurship: “Intrapreneurship in the function of improving the quality of work in existing organizations”. She started her academic career in 2006, when she was employed as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Administration and Management of Information Systems in Bitola at the University “St. Kliment Ohridski “- Bitola.
Her scientific interest is in the fields of management, entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, social entrepreneurship, innovation management. She is the author of numerous international scientific and professional papers, a participant in several domestic and international conferences and projects, as well as the author of the book “Innovation Management – Basics for Achieving a Competitive Advantage” and co-author of a Book of Organizational Behavior.
She has participated in transnational projects about social entrepreneurship and management. She is in constant communication with NGOs doing different researches.
