Consequently, our organization formed three teams: the social media team, communications teams and the youth skills team. Every creative mind that wants to make change in the community, can join any team and start working in our organization.

🔵 Social media team
Today, when all information is available online, it’s important to know how to efficiently lead profiles on social media and attract the most attention. Our goal will be creating a strategy together for managing our social profile!

🔴 Communications team
The communications team serves to help the youth learn a bit more about conversing in the era of information. The main focus will be the activities, which will target developing the communicative abilities of every individual.

🟢 Youth skills team
This team strives to provide the necessary soft skills with which the youth will navigate through life into a successful and positive job. These goals will be attained through workshops, team-building activities, discussions, debates and presentations which will help the team’s members to find out more about eachother, to bond and grow.
