Training course – Salamanca, Spain

During the period between 01-07.04.2019 our organization managers Sanja and Kiril, took  part of this project and worked with the youngsters in the youth centers in Spain.

The aim of this project was to reflect about the areas that we usually use as youth workers and to better understand those places as a learning tool for youngsters. As part of the learning process the participants had a chance to visit 2 youth centers in Salamanca and to work with the group of more than 30 youngsters.

Physical space is one of the vital conditions that marks the daily agenda of youth workers and NGO organizations in general. Creating a safe space for education and work is one of the crucial issues that organizations are facing daily. 

As a youth organization we offer flexible, friendly learning spaces for individuals and groups.  Every space is a working space. Learning can and should happen everywhere on campus—from the classroom to the library, outdoor corner, park – said Sanja and Kiril.
