It’s not just about the #projects or #exchanges, #education, or #training, it’s more about creating trustful relations with the youngsters and encouraging them to make a difference in society. This is precisely why young people are the main focus of our work. We want to know their life stories and encourage them to create something bigger than they think is possible. Our projects are made for youngsters, by youngsters.

Our special guests for this conversation will be Nikola Paunovski, one of our volunteers at Youth On Board and Nejra Mujagic who was our participant from Bosnia on the Project Citizenship which was held in November 2019 in Shtip. Together with Sanja Stefanova, Youth On Board’s Manager and Исидора Јанева, Youth on Board’s Social Media Manager, we will have the opportunity to have a look behind the scenes of Youth on Board and both sides of the story – from the participants and organizers.
