On 10th October we celebrated World Mental Health Day! We focused on mental health among adolescents and young adults. We highlighted some of the symptoms of depression. We put special emphasis on the importance of talking as the first step towards getting help. We symbolically mark this day by letting our problems fly away!
Big thanks to the youngsters who joined this event. Also, we want to thank the Health Ambassadors Martina, Dragana, and Marinela who prepared this joyful activity for all of us. With the right support and treatment, every young person can get back to smashing their goals and enjoying life.
