Mind and Body in Motion

The project aims to improve the capacities of youth workers across the nine partner countries and introduce them to the concept of working with young people, how, when and with what to do it. It will help the participants develop new pedagogical competencies in organizing creative physical activities, how to manage project and animation techniques. Youth workers participating in the program will be better able to tailor their activities and programs to the needs of young people, especially with a focus on mental stability. Participants will be able to exchange practices on diversity and inclusion while participating in creative workshops.
