On the 📅6-7 July 2022 (10:30-14:00 Brussels time) DYPALL Network and Youth on Board were facilitating an
online launching conference of the project “Local Youth Council at International Scale.”
During 2 intense days, participants had an opportunity to:
🔹exchange on the quality factors, challenges and opportunities for local youth councils,
🔹listen to experts from the Union for the Mediterranean, Advisory Council on Youth and DYPALL Network,
🔹learn about the state of local youth councils in Italy 🇮🇹, North Macedonia🇲🇰, Morocco🇲🇦, Palestine🇵🇸,
Portugal🇵🇹 and Tunisia🇹🇳.
🔹learn about the outcomes of great projects in the area of local youth councils from Polska Fundacja im.
Roberta Schumana 🇵🇱, Petrklíč help 🇨🇿, Youth Horizon – ახალგაზრდული ჰორიზონტი 🇬🇪.
Over 70 participants from 24 countries during the 2-day conference is the first success of the new project
of DYPALL Network, “Local Youth Councils at International Scale.” This 2-years project us financed by Erasmus+
Capacity Building in the Field of Youth and connects experiences of partners from Portugal (DYPALL Network),
Italy (Europiamo ETS), North Macedonia (Youth on Board), Tunisia (️Farhat Hached Institute for Research and
Democracy معهد فرحات حشاد للبحوث والديمقراطية), Palestine (Student’s Forum Institute) and Morocco (Moroccan
