EU Green - Film Forum, Round Tables & Debates | Shtip, North Macedonia

As part of the EU GREEN project, Youth on Board hosted an engaging event – Film Forums, Round Tables, and Debates – gathering young people, youth workers, and educators to exchange ideas and discuss the future of sustainable living. 

🌍💡 📽️ The day began with a film forum featuring short documentaries and videos about urban gardening and eco-initiatives from across Europe. Through powerful visuals and storytelling, participants reflected on how small actions can lead to big environmental impact. 

💬 Following the screenings, participants joined in round table discussions exploring how the concept of urban gardens could be adapted to local communities in North Macedonia. Youth workers, educators, and young participants shared their perspectives on how education, creativity, and collaboration can drive urban transformation. 

🔥 The event concluded with a lively debate on “Are Urban Gardens the Future of Sustainable Cities?” – sparking constructive dialogue, teamwork, and a shared sense of purpose for greener communities. 

🤝 This activity strengthened connections, inspired critical thinking, and encouraged participants to take the next step in promoting sustainability in their own environments.
