What is EYPCN?
The European Youth Policy Collaboration Network
(EYPCN) is a European-level network coordinated by
the Association for Cultural and Educational
Development YOUTH ON BOARD (North Macedonia).
The network brings together youth organizations from across Europe with a
shared commitment to strengthening youth participation, improving the quality of
youth work, and supporting the implementation of the EU Youth Strategy and
Erasmus+ priorities.
EYPCN acts as a collaborative platform and skills hub, enabling youth
organizations to exchange good practices, develop capacities, and engage
young people—especially those from rural and marginalized communities—in
European opportunities and policy processes.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower youth organizations and young people across
Europe
by creating a strong, inclusive, and collaborative network that supports learning,
innovation, and meaningful youth participation in European youth policy and
programmes.
EYPCN strives to bring young people closer to European values, opportunities,
and decision-making processes through quality youth work and non-formal
education.
Our Objectives
Through joint action and cooperation, EYPCN aims to:
Increase young people’
s access to Erasmus+ and EU youth policies
Strengthen the capacities of youth organizations and youth workers
Improve the quality and impact of youth work across Europe
Design and promote innovative non-formal education programmes
Support social inclusion and engagement of young people with fewer opportunities
Encourage youth participation, activism, and involvement in policy-making
Foster European partnerships and joint project development

BECOME A MEMBER
Youth organizations that share our values and vision are welcome to join the European Youth Policy
Collaboration Network (EYPCN).
Application process
5.1 Prepare your Partner Information Form (PIF) and attach the completed document.
5.2 Send an email to: [email protected]
5.3 Email subject: “Request to become a member of EYPCN”
5.4 In the email body, include a short explanation describing: your organization ’ s main areas of
work, and the reasons why you wish to become part of the EYPCN network.
All applications will be reviewed by the network coordination team.
