🏗️ From ideas to design – Preparing our own urban garden!

The fourth activity within the EU GREEN project marked a shift from learning to creating. Together with youth workers and young participants, we explored Module 5 (Participatory Design of Urban Gardens) and Module 6 (Ecological Management of Urban Gardens). ✍️🌱

📐 Participants:
• Discussed how citizens can actively participate in the design of green public spaces
• Learned about eco-friendly gardening principles like composting, crop rotation, water management, and biodiversity
• And most importantly – they observed and evaluated available plant options that can be used in designing their own urban garden in the next phase of the project 🌼🌿

🛠️ This session was a creative and hands-on preparation phase – laying the groundwork for the upcoming collective garden. Ideas are already sprouting – literally and symbolically!

📸 Stay tuned as we move to the next step – building our own green corner!

Dare to be different.

The way to change the world, or at least your world, is to dare to be different. When you dare to be different, you step out of the mold, and you make space for your creative twists. When you dare to be different, sometimes you stand alone. But alone is where your unique creative contribution can thrive. What great leaders, great artists, and inspiring minds, do.
