😴 Sleep is more than rest — it’s the foundation of our wellbeing.
On 20.05, we organized the “Sleep Hygiene” workshop within the Stay Clean and Safe project, focusing on the importance of healthy sleep habits and their impact on physical and mental health. Participants explored how stress, screen time, lifestyle habits, and daily routines influence sleep quality and overall wellbeing.
Through interactive discussions, group work, reflection exercises, and the creation of personal sleep improvement plans, young people learned practical methods for improving their sleep and daily balance. The workshop also introduced a 3-week sleep challenge, encouraging participants to apply healthy habits in their everyday lives. 🌙💙
Small changes in daily routines can make a big difference in energy, concentration, and mental health.
