The Cap4Youth project addresses the gap by combining capacity building, knowledge exchange, and practical implementation. It
equips youth workers with first-hand experience, concrete methodologies, and digital tools to foster meaningful youth
engagement. By facilitating the exchange of experiences, the project strengthens the capacities of professionals, which are
then consolidated into best practices that can be applied to a larger target group.
Young people benefit indirectly through improved support, skill development, and opportunities to contribute to their
communities, both offline and online. By promoting civic education, democratic involvement, and networking through digital
tools, the project helps create inclusive and participatory communities.
This project delivers a sustainable impact at multiple levels: it expands the capacities of the project partners, empowers youth workers as multipliers, strengthens collaboration among organizations, and equips young people to actively participate in democratic life. Its outputs – digital publications, practical guides, and the hybrid final event – ensure visibility, replicability, and long-term applicability, fostering a culture where young voices are recognized, valued,
and capable of shaping their societies.
