The project's primary objective is to establish a youth-oriented program dedicated to enhancing well-being so that youth workers and educators can use tools in order to support youth's mental and physical health. Additionally, we aim to encourage greater youth participation in activism that promotes a healthy lifestyle, overall well-being, and self-care. We would like to raise awareness among young people and young adults about the impact of mental health on physical health and vice versa. The three key factors affecting our quality of life are adequate sleep, a healthy diet and movement. We want to teach adolescents, youth workers and educators of youth how to take care of their sleep, in the case of those still learning, how to maintain a study-life balance, how to introduce simple healthier eating habits that support our mental and physical well-being. While educating about healthy diet and eating habits, we also want to educate about the idea of Zero Waste. We want to improve three key factors that can improve mental and physical health and what is more we and to improve a more eco-friendly approach when it comes to food and eating-habits.
